“When it’s all about oppressing minorities, being the majority is never an advantage.”

I drew this in response to the religious protests going on in Puerto Rico against gays having the same rights as other people, all under the guise of “family sanctity”.
Since the protests are super vocal, they argue that their will must be done, since they perceive themselves to be the majority.
But as history shows us, being the majority doesn’t mean you are right …

Definitely an important point made quite well. I've actually been saying something along these lines for years, though it's never been so nicely illustrated before. I just hope someday soon people start realizing they don't need to keep fearing, hating and demonizing everything they don't understand.

That is the way it always happens! So they are going to be super vocal about this, but for the stuff that they should be very vocal and a pain in the ass, they don't say a damn thing!
